Material Control Supervisor
Job Description

1、 Core Responsibilities of the Position

Integrated Material Planning Management: Develop a reasonable Material Requirements Plan (MRP) based on sales orders and production plans, accurately calculate material usage, ensure timely supply of materials, and avoid excessive inventory backlog to achieve supply-demand balance.


Inventory control optimization: Responsible for managing the receipt, shipment, and inventory of warehouse materials, regularly organizing inventory checks, promptly identifying and handling obsolete and waste materials, establishing an inventory warning mechanism, optimizing inventory structure, and reducing inventory costs.


Supply chain collaboration and docking: Work closely with departments such as procurement, production, and sales to coordinate and solve various problems in the material supply process (such as material shortages, delayed arrivals, quality abnormalities, etc.), ensuring smooth production progress; Maintain good cooperative relationships with core suppliers and improve supply chain response efficiency.


Establishment and improvement of material control process system: Develop and optimize management systems, operational processes, and standards related to material control, and promote the standardization and normalization of material control work; Perform statistical analysis on data related to material control to provide data support for management decision-making.


Team management and development: Leading the material control team to carry out daily work, clarifying the responsibilities of team members, conducting performance evaluations and incentives; Organize team training to enhance the professional skills and business proficiency of team members.


2、 Job requirements

Educational background: College degree or above, with priority given to majors in logistics management, supply chain management, business administration, mechanical manufacturing, and related fields.


Work experience: Over 3 years of work experience in material control, including over 1 year of experience in managing a material control team; Experience in material control in manufacturing industries such as electronics, machinery, automotive components, etc. is preferred.


Professional competence: Familiar with the process of developing Material Requirements Planning (MRP), proficient in inventory management methods and supply chain collaboration skills; Having good data analysis skills, able to identify problems through data and propose solutions; Proficient in using ERP systems (such as SAP, UFIDA, Kingdee, etc.) and Office software.


Comprehensive qualities: Strong communication and coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, and team management skills; Rigorous and meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand certain work pressure; Have good professional ethics and dedication.

Job Description

1、 Core Responsibilities of the Position

Sales strategy and goal setting: Based on the overall development strategy of the company, develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and goals, decompose them into sales teams and individuals, and promote the achievement of goals; Regularly analyze market trends, industry trends, and competitor situations to optimize sales strategies.


Sales team management and empowerment: Establish and lead the sales team to carry out daily sales work, clarify the job responsibilities and assessment standards of team members; Regularly organize sales training (product knowledge, sales skills, negotiation strategies, etc.) to enhance the overall sales ability of the team; Do a good job in team motivation and atmosphere creation, and stimulate team combat effectiveness.


Market development and customer maintenance: Take the lead in exploring new markets, discovering new customers (including major customers, channel customers, etc.), and establishing a comprehensive customer resource library; Responsible for liaising and maintaining core customers, deeply exploring customer needs, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, and promoting long-term cooperation; Coordinate and resolve various customer issues during the sales process, such as product consultation, contract negotiation, after-sales communication, etc.


Sales performance control and analysis: Real time tracking of sales progress, monitoring of team and individual performance completion, timely identification and resolution of problems in the process of achieving performance; Regularly conduct sales data statistics and analysis (such as sales revenue, collection rate, customer conversion rate, etc.), form analysis reports, and provide data support for the company's management decision-making.

2、 Job requirements
